I purchased a Therapeutic Magnetic Mattress Pad from Creative Health Products in October. The product came with a 90 day home trial. I called the toll free number to request a return authorization number and ,as I figured, the number had been changed. The new number had also been changed. After three changes the phone was "answered" by a machine. The message was that the lines had been down and they were swamped with orders. Please leave your name and number and we will return the call.
WELL 0ne week latter I am still waiting. Several calls all netted the same results. The guarantee gives you a narrow window of 10 days to request a refund. The company seems to have several names. International Health Concepts,California Health Products, and Creative Health Products.

There is a report from 2002 associating Creative Health Products with International Health Concepts, and California Health Products, in California which apparently sells or sold mattress pads.
