CREATIVE VISION ELECTRONICS ripoff return samsung MP3 player for new one SECAUCUS New Jersey

I purchased a Samsung YH-820. The hard-drive crashed about 3 months after receiving it. I took it back to Sears, they gave me another one. It worked fine for about 2-3 months, and hard-drive crashed again. It won't even turn on. So, Samsung tells me to send it to CVE Inc., in Secaucus, NJ to a company they contract with that will send out a new Samsung MP3 player, in exchange for the old one. So, I send it out, wrapped in heavy duty plastic, wrapped around a letter, in a mailing envelope. With the transaction number even on the outside of the letter. I wait two weeks, I hear nothing. I call, leave a message, I hear nothing. So, I call again, get a customer service person, who says they have not received it. BULLSHIT. The lady says, do you have tracking? I did not send it with a tracking number, although I should have. She gave me some lame explaination, "Maybe someone got it and opened it up and stole it". It was broken for God's sake, a piece of junk. There was no way for anyone to know what was in that envelope. It was heavily padded. What a crock of s**t. BE WARNED OF THIS COMPANY. SEND YOUR BROKEN SAMSUNG MP3 PLAYERS BACK WITH FED EX, UPS, OR CERTIFIED MAIL, BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP U OFF!
