Credit Acceptance says they are a fair company to work for. They are trying to get the recognition of Forbes top 100 companies to work for. They have alot to do before they get that recognition. I worked as a front end collector in the Henderson NV office for a year. My supervisor Savannah Juarez used reverse discrimination on me. At first she was very nice when I got on the team. My supervisor is african american and I am caucasion. The only caucasion on the team. When my numbers suffered during the slow periods, my former supervisor would threaten me about my job and she gave me negative PDL's (Pdl's rate our performance). The other team members are african american and hispanic. She would tease with them every day, talk to them, and treated them with respect. When it came to me she would hardly talk to me, she would criticize my collection skills and only when i did things her way she would improve my PDL rating so I could get my bonuses. I went to the Director Kyle Edmonds who is also african american and requested several times to be taken off her team for the reason that i felt she did not want me on her team and he would come back as well Savannah says nothing but good things about you and fought for your job. Credit Acceptance Corp takes pride in there pride policy. They express Pride to the representatives but when it comes to the supervisors well thats not the case. Ive seen only one supervisor get fired because her whole team would complain about her and other representatives in the office. Savannah told me last one on one session we had that she got several people telling her that i was negative on a Sunday which i will admit that day I was, she told me how they take pride and this will get me fired and she had to take this to Angie who is incharge of the firing and hiring of front end collections and customer service. Savannah told me I'm not your friend this is a business and we should not be subject to your negativity. She acts like she is everybodies friend on the team. Savannah would put more stress on me every month making me think my job was in jeopardy. I would have to plead with this woman to keep giving me a chance. She put me on action plan for 6 months straight and it was in March that she gave me a higher rating so I can get my bonus. For a year I was put through this stress and showed pride and got my numbers up. I was the only one on the team who was put through that. Every time I requested to be moved I was turned down. I went to Angie to tell her my side of the story and she told me that Kyle,Savannah, my self and her would have a meeting and clear this up. That was on Thursday June 20,2013. I was told that I would have appointment and never got it on friday June 21,2013 I was escorted out of the office and was told at this time they reviewed all the evidence and they are separating me from them. I got let go because I didn't show pride. NOt by my work performance or attendance but because I didnt show Pride. I am filing a law suit with my attorney for reverse discrimination. I feel that if I was african american or hispanic it would not have gone this far. I was happy at the company. I got alot of customers who would thank me for being nice to them and helping them. I got no recognition from my Supervisor but when another team member got a complimentary call Miss Savannah would send out a email to the team congratulating that person. Credit Acceptance has a lot of improvement to make it to Forbes top 100 greatest places to work at.

...a person who doesn't want to do their job.  Perhaps if you want to talk about may want to take a look in the mirror first.

As to your "claims".  When your numbers were down, she would "criticize" you.  Yet when you did what she wanted she improved your ratings and it even seems as if she did a bit more so you could get your bonus...Umm..Go figure you do what the manager wants and you get rewarded.

You go above her head and when they come back to you, they state that they are happy with your work.

Then why do you get fired?  You get fired because they(and you agreed) that you were negative one day.

If you get a lawyer who is willing to take this with no money up front..then more power to you.  But if they are only willing to take the case if you pay them a retainer up front, take that as a warning and indication of how much of a case you actually have.
