First off Yes, to all the rebuttals we know that CAC is a subprime lending company,Hell in this day and age who has good credit except the filthy rich. Were talking about the nasty low down crap they pull, were not saying that were 100% right. CAC repod my truck for being a week late. Never was I told about this kind of situation upon signing the contracts which they also felled to mention the GPS system which they sent a guy from the company we bought our truck from to our home to put on, who told us he was putting in new spark plug wires. CAC are ruthless people my suggestion is to try in get your car note paid on time and never do business with them again because the next time they send the repo for the truck again they can keep it. I ended up paying out 667.00 dollars to them. when I let them know the day before That i would be making the payment on the next day, the repo man was at my house that night to get the truck, so like I said people let's just try to keep up with or loan payments. Because they have no remorse or intentions of working fairly with their customers.

Just like you are allowed to post a "RipOff", people are allowed to post their comments. If you don't like what people have to say then perhaps the Internet is not the place for you.
By the way you can swap out CAC in my post and replace it with the name of any other Sub-Prime lender(and probably some main-line lenders) and it would have been the same comments.

Nope was only 1 weeks late for payment, recieved a call about the repo the day it happened , And I don't recall talking to you either a*****e so but out, Once again I'm talking about CAC not the bone heads running interference on the site, does not take common sense, to know that. no heavy lifting required people, And futhermore I never asked for special treatment the reason I wrote about CAC is to let others know about my experience with the compnay, and I highly doubt your credit score is 800 or 600 maybe 520 or 6 like your IQ. do yourself a favor Robert go jump in the Lake with Jim and Dry up.

Some thoughts

I'm pretty sure he was trying to say jack s**t, not jack a*s, that wouldn't make sense, plus it would require only 3 letters. Normally they reposes a vehicle when it's at least 2 months late on payment, and they'll leave some kind of notice to have you contact your finance company and your bank. After the payment is made up to date, you're told where the vehicle has been brought and you're able to have it back. That is what I have heard occurs during repo's through internet information.

so like I said people let's just try to keep up with or loan payments.
That is the best thing you said and is advise that you should follow.
Hell in this day and age who has good credit except the filthy rich.
You don't have to be rich to have good credit. You just have to live within your means. Just like there are many people who live paycheck to paycheck who have 800+ FICO scores. There are many "rich" people who have sub-600 scores because they don't know how to handle credit.
You have a history of not being credit worthy, the reasons you are in this situation does not matter. Sorry, as much as you may think your situation is unique or special and you deserve special treatment..it isn't. As a result Sub-Prime lenders are going to be less forgiving and less lienient. The only way to get out of this status it to re-prove your worthyness by paying your bills on-time.
But even with this a week is pretty short, so I wonder if the week was really a week past the due date. Or if there is more history(such as other late payments) that you did not mention. Because if they did install a GPS System, that is usually tied to a system that disables the car from being started. So it is a question as to why they would go through all of that to just reposess the car without first disabling it. But even if this was your first time being late and everything else is exactly as you describe then it may "suck" but it is allowed in the terms of the agreement you signed. As until the car is paid off they have the right to reposess it if you are behind on your payments.

Have your been on time for every single bill ? I doubt it because your on here commenting on things that are none of your concern. so do the world a favor Go jump in a lake sink to the bottom and disappear. You don't even matter your spam to the people who have a right to complain about this company. AND FUTHER MORE WHEN YOU RESPOND TO THIS REBUTTAL I still say up yours

Working "Fairly" Means Paying Your Bills!

What you said is perfect..."keep up with the loan payments". Beyond that, they don't need to tell you jack s---! Your responsibility is to make every payment on time. Being the next day is late and according to the contract, that is grounds for collection/repo activity. Read the contract.
People who pay their bills on time have good credit. How much money you have doesn't matter. Having integrity does.
