Brought a ford taurus the car didn't last a month took the car back they claimed they fixed the problem car was never fixed car stalled on me i left the car there .This was in va in 1999 it's 2006 and it is on my credit report i want to fight back i'm fed up with this company i want to file a lawsuit against this company.

That's called abandonment and it will probably stay on your credit report as well as they can go after you leagally.
