this company informed me of a win as i had entered an internet competition,2 days @ universal studios florida with 2 day passes,datona beach, mexico then 4 days in the carribean with tax and duty free then onto grand bahamas the lady was extremely persausive and asked me to confirm my credit card details which i unwittingly did, i was informed about paperwork being sent out and given details and password to look up my winning holiday i have not been able to find this on the net and am still waiting for my holiday information, 534.00 has been taken out of my credit card, after becoming suspicious i contacted my credit card company who told me i had to deal with the company myself eventually we had a three way telephone conversation with explore universal, myself and the credit card company,they played our recorded telephone conversation to the card company who were of no help at all i am 534-00 worse off which has interest added and no holiday dont be sucked in and dont touch this company with a barge pole.
