Mineral Elements by Eden Took $130.14 out of account Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

I received a telephone call at work that I could receive a "trial" offer for $9.32 of Mineral Element Makeup by Eden. I was told the makeup would provide full coverage and make my skin look smooth. The money came out of my account within minutes. Three days later I received a box with "trial size containers" of the product. After trying the makeup, my skin broke out in a rash and the makeup did not coverage as I was told. The next day I went online and canceled. I received a return email back saying my account was canceled and I would not receive additional products. On Tuesday, September 21st I checked my account and noticed a charge of $130.41 for the Mineral Element Makeup. I call the company and was told by Melissa that although I canceled the membership, I did not return the product. When I offered to send everything back, I was told they could not accept "used" product. I was told by Melissa the best she could do for me was give me a credit in the amount of $65.00 within 10 to 20 days. When I asked Melissa for her last name I was told she was not allowed to give her last name out to anyone. She told me her employee number was 1066. The same number she gave me for a confirmation. When I told Melissa that I was going to file a complaint against the company, her reply was do whatever you want.
