New Healthy Savings RIPOFF: NEW HEALTHY SAVING via Unlimited Music Downloads Miami Beach Florida

I started out with signing up for a $1 charge agreement on 12/24/2004 and the next day I saw a charge from New Healthy Savings for $84 on my debit card. My prepaid debit card was unwilling to do anything without a fax from New Healthy Savings.

Since then I have phoned/emailed them over two dozen times. At one point they promised to pay back my debit card. After 10 days and no debit from New Healthy Savings on my debit card, I called and the guy on the phone said they couldn't do it because they didn't have my debit card number anymore. I gave it to him and he said he would take care of it. Still no results!

Last Sunday after finding this site I really put the guns to their head. I reminded them of their terms and conditions, that I would be contacting the Attorney General (same State), an attorney and threatened a class-action suit if I was not paid within 5 business days. I also reminded them of there statement from their website: "we follow the strict Trust-E and Better Business Bureau (BBB) guidelines for privacy on the Internet and use the highest level of protection when a transaction is completed on our site." and I would be contacting these agencies if not paid.

Monday I received a reply stating they could not refund my money. I immediately emailed them back with a reminder of the consequences and if whether the problem was that they did not have my debit card number to please let me know and I would call them with it.
