NACS (Nat'l Association Credit Services) OR (Nat'l Associated Credit Services) OR (Nat'l Association Consumer Services) is currently owned by Steven Raykher. He and some affiliates (including Teresa M. Rich) own several telemarketing 'firms' that sell this deceptive product.

Other names include LGS (Liberty Group Services) which offers a Liberty Merchants OR Liberty Classic Card good for ONLY catalogs.

Having a superfluous amount of complaints from the Better Business Bureau, Bad Business Bureau, RipOffReport.com, and the Attorney Generals of several states; Steven Raykher AKA "RAYKHER MANAGEMENT" continues to move locations as well as change companies name consistently.

They are fueled by greed and money , and the fact that there are thousands of ignorant Americans who actually believe telemarketers. Steven Raykher, born in just 1977, has his offices managed by similar young egoistic individuals including Eric Jacobs and what the Better Business Bureau reportedly calls the customer service manager as Ginger.

Many consumer complaints included that the telemarketers and customer service representatives have 'foreign' sounding accents, implying that Raykher's Russian family may even be in on the corruption.

Some of these telemarketing firms include the names as follows:
NACS, NA, NT (Northern Trust OR Northern Trust of New York), ME (Meridian Financial), NS, SV (Southeastern Financial), LGS, PMC (Preferred Merchants Credit), NC, LD, PH, AC, and AL.

All transactions made by this company are through ACH companies which are all electronic. They have included Accelerated Payment Systems and Direct Billing. This company also accepts cashier's check, personal checks, and money orders.

Please help us fight Steven Raykher in pursuit of filing a class action suit for all American Consumers. Together, we can put them out of business and revoke Rayhker's telemarketing licenses with assistance from the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).

Most affiliates and representatives go by particular pseudonames including Joseph Phillips, Ray Benzino, Tonya Banta, Jerry White, DJ, TJ, Diane Miller, Tina Williams, Joey Clark, Annie Glenn, Curtis Call, Ian Freely, Nicole Green, Maria Anderson, Frank Johnson, Nigel, Cleetus, Tyler, Stephanie, Daphne Porter, Chuck, Chris Armitage, Michael Williams, Kim Daniels, David, and many others.

Rayhker and company are quite ignorant and unaware of the filed information above and are negligible to the moles who attained the candid information which has just met sufficient standards for class action suit.

Just trying to afford Christmas

AUTHOR: Jesse - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 01, 2004

I fell into liberty mutuals trap just trying to
do something good for my family; thought I could
afford to have a good christmas, once I found out
that I was recieving catalogues with my new credit card I immediately called L.G.S. and asked them If the catalogues were the only place I could use my credit card the lady on the phone told me "oh no we just send you the catalogue as a kind of bonus, you can use the card for what ever you want" so I asked her "so It's just like a normal credit card" and "yes" I recieved in response.

When I recieved my credit card package in the mail I noticed no visa\mastercard logo and immediately called them back they tried to play back my original "agreement" I told them I was misled, their catalogue is full of a bunch of imported junk etc. etc. and that if they could pull up my original "agreement" then pull up the conversation I had with the lady telling me I could use my card for whatever just like a regular credit card, what a bunch of crap, 300$ they took, I have a wife and two kids, I'm a full time student, and can barely afford to live, I hope they have a wonderful Christmas.

How can all these representatives live with themselves? They know what their doing.

I called it and questioned the charge only to get hung up on three times

AUTHOR: Stephen - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 12, 2004

Apparently I applied and was debited $200 for an LGS Credit card back in October of 02. I never received the card and assumed I was ripped off. Last week I looked on my checking statement and showed a debit of 33.00 with a customer service number. I called it and questioned the charge only to get hung up on three times. They told me the charge was for inactivity. I told them this was BS and that I wanted all of my information resent to me so I can see what the agreement was, since I never received it in the first place. I'm still waiting for them to send it to me. I've sent them emails only to come back failed. I'll be changing some checking account information ASAP now.

this company is a rip-off

AUTHOR: Rob - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 11, 2004

i received a phone regaurding a visa account, was told no anual fee's and no money up front. At the end of the conversation i was told there would be a one time fee off three hundred dollars. By this time they already had my account number. I called back 8 days before the transaction was to be made and canceled the transaction and recieved a ("cancelation number"). low and behold my account was hit with a $35.00 electronic deduction. now i have to pay bank charges included after they where told the funds would not be available. i called on 5/10/04 to find out about this and was told the computers were down (how convienient) as was told to call back the next day. i called on 5/11/04 and gave the cancelation number again and was told the same thing, the computers were down and to call back tomorrow.
i've tried to rectify this with lgs and had to put a stop payment on them, which also cost me bank charges.

This company will call you promising a VISA or MASTERCARD.

AUTHOR: Seth - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 06, 2004

They will then talk you into giving your account numbers to them. The next thing they will do is play you a recorded message and ask if you understood it. However there will be approx 10 secs of silence. They then ask you to verify you information and wether or not you agree to the charges. They tell you that your information will be mailed to you at which time you will be able to choose either a MASTERCARD or VISA. A month or two later you will get a package with a catalogue and a "CREDIT CARD". When you call they will play back you recording. This is where the afformentioned 10 seconds comes in. When they play this back it will say "Liberty group services is a catalogue order account this is not for a VISA or Mastercard". they will then tell you that your $250 deposit is non-refundable. Their supervisor is always busy with another customer. They say they cannot place you on hold and they will not wait. They then ask you if there is anything else they can help you with. It doesn't matter what you say at this point all they will say is "is there anything else I can help you with".

This company is a total fraud with some good equipment. If you are thinking about doing this DON'T if you already have GET TO YOUR BANK IMMEDIEATLY.

GOOD LUCK
