Credit Collection Sevice Attempting to collect an unauthorize debt of $160.00 Newton Massachusetts

Trying to obtain an unlawful judgment for Liberty Mutul Insurance for an insurance that were never confirmed or,signed by to authorize my me. The only thing I discussed with Liberty Mutual Insurance was a quote regarding auto insurance.
Moreover, this Cedit collection service has undertaken task of obtaining $160.00 and further damage my credit report.
I have no desire of paying for something I never received service for.

PS To whome it may Concern: In reference to his letter dated 06/30/08, to collecting balance due forf coverage which you stated under your insurance contract. Please be inform that I Maffett did not signed any contract with Loberty Muual insurance co. However, I did received a quotation from a repesentative of Libeety Mutual Insurance telling med that he could supply a better deal for my Auto insurance than what I was ingaging at Allstate insurance.
I am disputing the validity of this debt and any portion therof.
