I placed a call to Credit Control LLC, to discuss a letter I had received.

They began by wanting to know alot of information more then just to verify Identity. I explained that I was not going to give them any more info.

The person on the phone who identified himself a supervisor then starts to get nasty. He proceeds to start naming other debt

I have which is irrrelevant to the one they supposly own.

He starts by saying I see that your mortage was modified by a goverment program! and questions about that.

The debt they supposly own is a credit card so he had no right to go through and discuss other debt I own.

I did not give him permission to review my credit report or to discuss anything further.
