CCA Credit Card Alliance card services screwing everyone

They took out the money on july 7th in the amount of 159.90 then on the 30 took out 19.95. we have called several times trying to get a refund. On the 9th of Oct. we spoke to ananda the night manger Mario both telling us that the refund for the full amount would be in our bank by no later that the 30th of Oct.

We called back the 31st because we did not recieve the refund, and then was told we should get it withen a week and the request was filled on the 12th of oct. today is now the 28th of nov. and still no refund. we have been calling the last two weeks and got a non stop busy signal.

now it is all making more sense looking up the number on the web and seeing non stop pages about this scam. I just got off the phone with them today and was told yet again they hadnt but a claim in to do a refund. Now we are being told that we will have the refund in 30 to 45 days.

Our bank filled out a form to get the money back. I just pray this works. when they first spoke to my husband who gave the go ahead for them to take the money out he stated severil times that he was on stronge pain medicine because he just had surgery 4 days piror to. this company is using many differnt company names and at least two differnt phone numbers please be carful
