When they reopened my account, they promised 0 % interest for 1 year if I would please pay the minimum and reopen account. Now, they completely deny ever promising that.
They have all lied! No help. And the int rate is 29.%! How do they get away with all of this?

The old addage "if it seems too good to be true, it is"....well...sounds like you never heard it.

0% if a fallacy to lead you in....if you didnt' get it in writing with someone's signature on it...then it never ever existed.
