This company contacted me in March. They offered me a unsecured credit line of $5000 through Mastercard. They said they needed a one time processing fee of $299 before they could send me the card. I, excited and foolish went for it cause I just paid off my credit report and needed to build my credit. They told me to look for a benefits package in the mail in about 30 days. It never showed up. I called and they said they had a tracking # and to call back. I called back and they said that they had confirmation that it was delivered to my address. I told them it never made it to my house and they said they would re-send it and it would be there in about 5 days. Again it never showed.
I decided to do research on the company through the internet and found a list of rip-off reports on this company. These people need to be procecuted! My wife and I have a 1yr old boy together and could have bought him things that are essential in caring for an infant. I wish there was a way to get my money back.

Call your local attorney general. They will send you a paper to fill out. Send them a copy of any information you may have. Within a couple of weeks, I got my letters from WV state attorney general and the NY attorney general. (I wrote them also) Today I got a letter and the money was in my checking account on 06/01/05. It is illegal for them to take the money out of your checking account unless you SIGN for them too. My letter from Majestic to the WV state atty gen. said they refunded everybodys money who asked for it. NO THEY DIDNT. I threatened to sue them for illegal business practices. It worked. I hope you get your money back. Read the Sophia, WV on 06/03/05 that I posted.
Hope you get your money back. I have 2 little boys to support on my own because their dad refuses me child support. I thought this credit card would help me with school clothes and supplies when school starts back.
