Stay away from E-credit Solutions

I had a terrible experience with E-credti solutions. They are based in Florida. I admit I was wrong to agree to pay $199.95 to them for a card, but I have never seen such a case of misrepresentation in my life. I called them on December 18, 2001 and agreed to have the money taken out of my account on January 15, 2002. I gave them the account info and I shortly left on vacation. When I returned home on December 30th the money had already been taken from me and my budget was in jeopardy. I called the business office and was sent back and forth, could rarely get a live person, and the assistants were less than helpful. Finally they realized that they had made an error and said that I could wait until my package arrived, then send it back and wait for them to process my refund. The package arrived on January 10th. The package included a magazine where I could redeem my money by ordereing some lame and overpriced merchandise. I sent the card back as soon as possible, meanwhile my insurance payment and truck payment have gone unpaid. When I explained my upcoming bills they told me that they could not electronically deposit my money into my account. My bank assured me that that was untrue. So I am still waiting for my money. Please learn from my mistake. They go by the names E-Credit Solutions, Capital Choice Consumer Credit, and National Credit Shopper. If you want to get jerked around, by all means use them, if not then go elsewhere.
