Only1 Visa Prepaid Debit Card Issued By Meta Bank, Blackhawk Network, Galileo Processing Misrepresentatin of product Internet

What does Only1 mean?  What does Only 1 customer mean?

I purchased two Only 1 Prepaid travel cards.  I checked the packing and asked the sales clerk if I could use two cards.  The clerk said it was okay and the package did not address this question.

You can register and use one card as an ATM card. 

It is the company policy that the second card must be registered under another person's social security number.  I was repeatedly told this by the service center personnel and supervisors.  They refuse to refund the money on the second card or to transfer it to your registered card.  All other solutions are very vague with undefined time lines.  I have been told that to use second card, clearly marked "DEBIT" as a credit card.  I have tried this twice and the card failed.

I believe that the company intentional uses only the vague "Only1" to create this situation that is an attempt to force wider distribution of their cards and to gather more personal data for the company.

Overall, the service from this company is the absolute worst I have ever encountered.  Even the stuff that does work takes calls to the Service Center for pin resets and is overpriced.
