I recieved a call asking me if i wanted a mastercard from Premier one ,I told them yes , They needed a processing fee of 174.90 with a low interest rate . So i give them my account number, they took the money out of my account 5 days later, that was on July 15,2002

a month later i recieved what they called a welcome packet, but no credit card. So i called them , they said give it two weeks and it would be here ,

Now it's December and still no card I called them the last time in the middle of October they said it would be here at the end of Oct. Still nothing.

did try to call them a week ago but the line was busy all day
