Premium Mega Saver ripoff fraudulant consumer rip-off fraud Miami Florida

I paid a $99.00 fee which they told me that I would receive a major credit card, but I did not. All that I kept receiving were premium mega saver phone cards which I thought were junk mail so I kept throwing them away. All of sudden, I was getting a $54.90 monthly fee unauthorized by me deducted out of my checking account. I've tried calling this company many times and the phone just rings and rings or I am put on hold. Is there any way to get my money back from the monthly fees, it has been at least 10 to 12 months of this unauthorized deduction?
