As others on here have already reported, Premuim Savings Group ripped me off. It was exactly as others have already described it - the phone call, the second employee taping the call, the withdrawl of $300 and then that stupid box of coupons.

They had told me that they were in contact with my bank and that I had been reported for having bad credit. Since I am a college student, that is pretty much true and the company promised that a new credit card would raise my credit by about 1 point. They even quoted me what my credit score currently was. About a month later, I received an application for a credit card. It did come in a manila envelope, but it was covered in about 15 different stamps. That's pretty much when I knew it was a fraud and I did not complete the application.

About a month later, I heard a report on my local news that a similar company had been caught doing the same thing. Their customers had even recieved the same package of coupons. That report told me about this website and now my suspicions about Premium Savings Group are confirmed.

What really bothers me is that I am way out here in California. Other reports I've seen have only been from New Hampshire. This company needs to be stopped. If anyone has any information about possible attempts to stop them or sue them, please contact me. I would gladly be a part of any attepts at doing so.

For all those wondering about this company, my advice is DO NOT do any business with them. If you can, record the first part of the call and try to get as much information as possible.

I have been feeling so upset about this for awhile. As I said, I am a college student and $300 is a lot of money to me. Please let me know if anyone has any information. Thank you.

Elizabeth Thomas from Premium Savings Group

AUTHOR: Jennifer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 24, 2004

That's amazing. Within 48 hours of me posting on this site (coincidence?) Elizabeth Thomas from Premium Savings Group called me. She said my account had been flagged and that I had not submitted the application.

I explained to her my complaints and concerns and she said they would issue me a refund. She said the first person I talked to from the company was newly hired and not adequately trained. She said the information this person provided me with was not quite accurate. My refund is supposed to be in my account this Friday, so we'll see. I hope it goes through.

Still, if anyone needs my information in order to sue this company, please let me know. I am happy for my own success, but I don't want this to happen to others, who might not be as fortunate.

Since I am way out here in california, I am unaware of what is going on in New Hampshire. If anyone knows that lawyer's information, please send it to me!!

Jennifer, i was also a victim of this scame, the two things i wanted to try and help with is , we all need to come together and file complaints with the attorney generals office of new hampshire.the attorney generals name is, kelly ayotte. when i spoke that name to premium savings group they said they are issuing my refund. which should be tomorrow ! we will see. but also a woman at the company by the name of Elizabeth Thomas. I'm also sending my PACKAGE !! to Kelly Ayotte's office along with my concerns, i'm sure that enough of us get together here. we will get progress... hope this was some help. good luck,
