To cancel clear credit.com, You MUST send them WRITTEN notice within FIVE DAYS of your signing up.

YOU CANNOT CANCEL BY E-MAIL, (unless you copy and paste THIS FORM (below) and send it to them at: service@ClearCredit.com within 5 days) or phone messages. I've tried and been screwed.

If you don't cancel, your membership is for 6 MONTHS, and AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS FOR ANOTHER SIX MONTHS If you don't cancel within 5 days of THAT renewing. They're tricky potlickers, but they have it all spelled out in their terms and conditions, which they count on no one reading.

(To see for yourself, go to clearcredit.com, click the 'signup' tab, fill out a phony signup form, and on 'STEP 2' of the signup form, read the fine print at the bottom, click on 'right to cancel' and read away.
It's almost IMPOSSIBLE to find when you're thinking about cancelling, that's how they get ya!)

I've actually had to cancel my debit card I used to get a membership, fill out this form AGAIN and mail a copy to them AND my bank, because they claim it never reached them, and didn't cancel me via my 5 emails, or voice messages, all the while they were charging me 79.50 every week for 3 weeks (apparently ALL 10 items on my report NEEDED to be cleaned up by cearcredit each week @ $7.95 a pop). My bank refunded my $238.50, and in turn had to track THEM down to get THEM to pay.

Thanks, and I hope I've helped!

Dear Donna of Ft Worth, Texas Mohammad Rafiaie and Wayne Fielding as directors of the company Clear Credit & Financial Corp located in Ottawa, Ontario want to clarify that our company has never had a business relationship or any other type of relationship with any company or companies in the USA or Canada doing business under the names ClearCredit.Com, Clear Credit or any other name. Also Clear Credit & Financial Corp has never done business in the USA on its own behalf. The company has never had a web site in any jurisdiction in any country.

Response to REBUTTAL from Donna-Ft Worth, TX

AUTHOR: Aaron - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 13, 2003

I have no idea Donna. I use Google (google.com) as my search engine of choice for questions like that, but found nothing from typing in 'clear credit costa mesa, Ca'.

Maybe try something like that to find what you're looking for. Sorry I couldn't help, but at least stay away from the Clear Credit in Aliso Vieja, CA --aka clearcredit.com.

Bye...

I was wondering of this "Clear Credit" supposedly in Aliso Veijo, California is the same one that is registered as being in Costa Mesa, California, and Ottawa, Ontario, Canada....The one in Canada is run by Mohammed Rafiaie and Wayne Fredrick Fielding...Are they all the same company?
