I have had my credit card account charged for a membership PLUS two (2) other charges that I did not make. I have tried to call the phone number that my credit card gave to me (1-888-239-3917) and all that I get is a prerecorded message. Please help me get rid of this membership and get my credit card credited for all the charges that they have put on it.  Thank You in advance for your help.

When you go through the screens to sign up you have to read ALL of the fine print in order to know what's going on.  If you don't it will be very confusing.

Each page you go through seems like just another page that says the same basic thing and then "click here to get your credit report".  What their actually doing is having you sign up for different things each time you click "yes" or "submit and continue".  It's tricky but it's all in the fine print.

I think you signed up for the Credit Diagnosis Membership, the Savings Club Membership, and the Identity Diagnosis Membership (also called Privacy Matters Identity).  Those are the three basic things that they have you sign for and that is what I ended up signing for.

I believe these are all $29.95 per month with a "refundable" $1 fee for Identity Diagnosis and Credit Diagnosis but maybe not on Savings Club I haven't quite figured that one out yet as today is Sunday and there are no reps available.  You have to ASK for these refunds though, apparently they do not automatically give them to you.

You need to cancel within the 7 days of course, but if you are over the 7 days I would try and explain my case and see if they will give a refund.  (1-800-379-5036) for Credit Diagnosis, (1-877-820-7107) for the Savings Club, and (1-888-840-6301) for the Identity Diagnosis.  Don't forget to request your $1 refunds when you call.
