Credit diagnosis offers a credit report on-line for the charge of $1.00. It does not report that you will be charged any annual fee or state that you will be charged for any services other than this one fee of a $1.00. I have been charged the $1.00 fee three times. Also, when I received my bank statement I was charged $29.95 on December 17, 2007. Not only once, but twice on the same day. In regards to a statement from this company charging an annual fee for services, although not stated on their web-site, why was I charged this fee twice. Credit Diagnosis is a scam and they are ripping people off. Something needs to be done and this company needs to start reimbursing every they have ripped off.

Credit Diagnosis

AUTHOR: Diane - (U.S.A.)

Not only a scam, but if you call the phone numbers this company gives for customer service, you will get the run around. Your best bet is to cancel this account as soon as possible. They will send you an e-mail to confirm your cancelation. After doing so I still felt uncomfortable with them still having my credit card info. So I decided to contact my bank the next morning. To my surprise they had withdrew another $2.00 and on 1-14-08 there are to more charges of $29.95 the same day. Now this realy hit hard. I am a single mom with 4 children and they have just stolen $124.80 from my family. I used this service from this company only one time to check my credit and did so because they state that you will only be charged this one time $1.00 fee.

Lucky enough for me, my bank is so willing to help me in this matter. I will be getting a credit for the unauthorized withdrawals which will be put on hold. The bank will do a further investation for me. The downfall I have to wait. Also I was advised to cancel my credit card with the bank. So if anyone thinks that by canceling with credit diagnonsis will stop them from taking money from you, think again! Cancel your credit card too!
