Credit Enhancement Services rip-off scam fraud

Hi,
Five months back I recieved a letter from Credit Enhancement Services, LLC, PO Box 237, Collingswood, NJ 08108. stating that I am approved for an credit card with 4000 dollars limit.

I called them and they told me that there is one time fee of 219.99 dollars. They told me once I pay this money, I will recieve a unsecured credit card in 6 to 8 weeks time. Further they told me, I can cancel this memebership within 1 month if I dosen't like it.

By hearing all these conditions I accepted for the terms and I gave my checking account number to take 219.99 dollars from my account.

After this I waited for more than 3 months (14th week) and I recieved a package send by these guys with some merchandise card.

The next day I called the customer support to enquire about my credit card. But the customer service number gave to me is always engaged, after a week try I got the line and I enquired about my credit card, they told me I need to a fill out a new memebership form which has been send to me with the package. I am not satisfied with all these things I requested them to cancel my membership but they refused to cancel my membership. I have asked them they have a policy that I can cancel my membership within 1 month.but, the representative told me that he cannot cancel the membership without any reason. He still gave me an assurance that I will get the credit card in 15 days once they recieve the new membership form from me.

Now I have send them the new membership form 1 month back and still I haven't recieved any card or letter from this company. Once again last week I called them and they told me that some bank will send a letter to me that I have been pre-approved for 4000 dollars. but they dont know when I will recieve that letter and which bank is going to send. so this company have made me sick for the last 6 months.
