Credit financial wrongfully placed a collection account without send me a collection letter they placed It on my credit files without me knowing about It.

I thought buy law they are suppose to send you a collection letter giving you a chance to dispute It they didn't. This was a water bill I had paid 6 years ago In 2003 after I moved & the utilitie company has been harassing me for the last 5 years!.

This makes the 4th collection agencie they placed this with, but this time this collection was sneaky about It. They did not send me a collection letter which they are suppose to.

Other collection agencies send me letters why not this one?, I made a complaint to the BBB they sure sent me a letter. This Is new trick they are playing.

Phenix City utilities still says I owe $38, know I have to go to my bank & get a copy of my bank statement from 2002/2003 to show where I paid It.

This ticks me of I will not pay for a bill I had already paid!, It seems Phenix city utilites Is doing this to everybody. But I will not pay It no matter If it is on my credit report.

I have a nice house & a nice car so I am not trying to get credit so It can stay on there but It ticks me of, about credit financial not contacting me first like they are suppose to do!.

This Is one of the many injustices In the country today, collection agencies are allowed to do what they want.
