These guys promote the rip-off by giving you a $20.00 rebate, then they don't send you and invoice and wait for a couple of months to advise you that you have late fees and penalties.  Even if you pay immediately, they report you to credit agencies.

When you complain about it, they advise you that it is your own fault.
