credit one bank has been sending me statements with no up to date purchases, every month my balance goes up everytime, i have called them and explain but all they want is their money. Can you please look into this company because i feel they are scamming people, i was trying to help my credit score,but its bad. las vegas Nevada

I am reporting this report on Credit One Bank card company. They sent me a card in the mail, and ever since i have been having the card, they have been harrasing me and calling me from all types of numbers, its always a foreign middle eastern man, I explain to them that i received the statements but none of the transaction is on their. My balance was 649, and i ask them I dont understand i did use the card but i been sending them money, but it shows they received it but the next month it goes right back up. Pleae look into this company because something is fishy about this company, and i dont want to let anyone else get scam.

Jim I will be honest with you I pay ontime and I am having all these charges thrown at me as well I am locked out of my online free payment acct and told I have to call my payments in okay no problem all payment made over the phone result in a 9.95 fee attached to your payment no problem again, so when all is said and done I paid 40.95 31 for the bill and 9.95. I get my statemen today and says 40.95 payment then down below It says 9.95 in fees for phone payment and also that my interest rate is a Varible rate and not a fixed which when i looked back 6 months ago it was fixed, so I called AND THEY SAY that I dont know what I am talking about that I was not charged the fee when I made my payment, that they only collected the 31.00 for my payment and thats what was billed to my bank acct .SO I called my Bank and let them know C1 says that your lying your websites lying and that your paperstatements are lying and you charged me the 9.95 fee .not themthey kindly said this okay well we will reverse those charges your next step after we hang up contact NJs comp controller and division of banking and insurances seems how MY BANK is such a liar they also are assitsting me with in by sending the transcript of the payment on the acct to be accompanied to the complaint to the comp controller and so MUCH FOR PNC being liars that C1 has made a huge a** of themselves by not disclosing alot of fees  and ct. cause here in NJ our turn over from state comp is less than 3 business days and they want a immedatie resolution to claiims asap .so for C1 looks like after the comp controller  is done with them they may have a Class action in NJ cause these guys here play hard ball

So why are they calling?  Its called "NOT PAYING YOUR BILLS".  When you don't pay your bills, you run up extra fees and interest.
