I am trien to rebuild my credit and was excited to get s credited card from this bank but what a big mistake I made. For one its called credit one so close to the other real bank name . I received a credit limit which I use. Was told to make a huge payment and more money would come a lie. I want to warn others about this bank when you make a pay ment rather it be money order check credit or debit or phone they charge you yes change you $8.00 for a payment and also if you mail it off on time or call or internet pay guess what they take 10 days to process it and charge you$36 I believe . when I call customer service its people who speak poor English .however I found cooperate office but they were non help.... This company should not be able to do this they pray on people who are try to rebuild their credit once I psy my card off I will cancelled it there is also a annual fee 100 and maintaince fee 8.00 ... People be aware go to a bank and ask them to issue you an line of credited for same amount credited one bank is w rip off. Please stay away as this bank just hurt my credit score
