Credit One Bank Disorganized / Careless Bank Las Vegas, Nevada

Responded to a credit card invatation a bit longer than a month ago, and in about two weeks after received a letter asking for copy of my SS, DL and pay stub. I faxed that information as required. 3 weeks later I called them to check on the status of the application and they stated that they never received it. They can even speak english correctly. Where did the copy of my personal documents go ??? I told them to cancel my application and I was told to call back in a couple of days for that.
