Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Credit One bank traps you in with fee's and penalties. I haven't used the card in months and received a bunch fee's then penalties on these fee's. I tried to pay them and close out my account, but they never close my account and keep adding on penalties. I will not pay them and they will not work with me. Worst company i have ever dealt with. Pleas do not do business with them!

The fees were for automatic interest and annual charge, but they were placed on my account after i tried to cancel the card. Thinking the card was canceled i did not log back in to check the status of the account. Now they will not let me cancel the card until everything is paid. So thanks Genius for all the help. It is really appreciated. Does that make you feel intelligent?

What are these fees for? Do you actually read the statement to determine this? Since you aren't paying these, have you ever heard of late fees? But thats OK. Just stop paying them altogether! You'll show them!
