Credit One Banks is a rip off. Not only did the "invitation" bear the exact characteristics of the remarkably similarly named Capital One, but they also offered a credit line of $1,000.
What I got is a credit line of $300. $75 was charged for "annual fees." Then there are charges to even pay your bill! I have read some of these complaints and I think we should sue the living s**t out of this bank.
I would avoid this crappy credit card and warn every one of your friends about it. Robert Dejong is the CEO according to google, so if you have this card, send him a love note.
This bank, if it even is a bank, is a rip off and a scam. Their customer service speaks a foreign language. No one will help, and you will notice the bank never responds to Debtorboards, because Debtorboards is dead on accurate about this garbage bank.
Take your garbage card Mr. Dejong and shove it up your a*s.

Where's The Scam???
AUTHOR: Jim - ()

They make a complete disclosure (as all credit card offers do) of all fees, APR etc. If the applicant READS them and STILL wants to card, they accept these fees. So where is the scam? A bad deal? Yes. A scam? No. Why do you need customer service or do you really mean bill collectors?
What kind of "help" do you need? You use the card, they send the bill, you pay the amount. What kind of "help" do you need??? Or is this all just a smokescreen because you make late payments and this is your opportunity to trash them because YOU turned on their bill collectors??? No, I don't work for them.

credit one bank arbitration

I suggest you seek a class action attorney. The contract requires arbitration but a good class action attorney would grab the attention of Robert Dejong. I believe this is a private corporation so I would also sue the CEO , their attorneys and upper management. Reply if you would like the email of a class action attorney preparing to sue Credit One.
