I used it one thank God for that and hopefully there is no more sneaking fees after this. I seen on my account that I was charged $75 annual fee, which was not mention in the application. Well I found about this on Dec 5, 2016, so I contact them. Then first guy told me that he can close it out without helping me. Then as I stress my situation he hang up on me, so I called back and another person said well it is on the application and by the way there is a $8.95 monthly fee. WHAT!!! I have Capital One great company. NO annual fee, NO monthly fee, great customer service. Oh an only been with them under a year and got 3 credit increase from 400 to 1150 now and my credit is not good. I so called was speaking to a person by the name of Derrick ref# 4190736, which sound nothing like a man, so I believe thats lies. Bottom line is horrible customer service, sneaking with saying that the annual and monthly fees were on the application which they were not. They said they will closed my account we will see. I will never ever do business with them again. They are lucky to even get 1 star from me.
