OHhhh wheere do i begin. I ordered the 3 burea creit monitoring and it notes no obligation. I read the service agreement and inside the service areement it note about credit monitoring is a free 30 day trial. So I call to get my refund and they state that the 30 day trial is transunion credit monitoring. So I asked why do you have another service in the service agreement for 3 burea credit monitoring. She cut me off quick and states what do you want me to do. I said give me my money back and she states i cant and keeps repeating what she stated before trying to beat around the bush. I am very unhappy. I wish i could also be in a l;aw suit to go against these people. Very Misleading. Dont you all feel that in the sevice agreement it should be for thye service you signed up for not alll the services they offer.
