I read all rports regarding CSA on this site and they all are virtually a mirror image of my situation. I enrolled to their program in NOvemebr 2006 and in the period of the next 5 months paid $2500 to them. They NEVER retuned my phone calls, contacted only One creditor and sttled on horrible terms (90%)
THier custoer service was nonexistant and they NEVER adhere to their promises. They utilized deceptive tactics and lured me to their program in time of need. BEcause I stopped paying my creditors per the CSA advice, my cerdit is ruined. After 2 months of complaining they only refunded 50% of the fee I paid. I was able to settle all of my accounts with the creditors myself within 2 weeks after I quit their program. I complained to BBB and to the Attorney GEneral of the state of TExas. Hopefully, I will be able to have the rest of my money returned.
CSA is a fraud!
