Credit Solutions Took our money and would not return it even though we signed no contract! Addison Texas

In March of 2006 we called Credit Solutions to try and get our bills under control. At which time they asked us to open a debt savings account with them, to save money to pay our creditors nothing at all was mentioned about any fees. So they took $216.17 out on 3/18/2006 and 4/18/2006 and during all that time we never received a phone call or what they called a welcome package.

So we called them up after several attempts to get our paperwork fell on deaf ears and told them we were canceling what actually never was and to send us a check for the two with drawls from our account they said ok. But the very next month another $216.17 was taken out after canceling them. So we called and they said sorry it was a mistake and that someone in account management would call us to let us know when they would direct deposit our money back into the account they took it from.

Well we received no call from anyone big surprise so I called them and got the usual sorry and we will get someone to call you back in a few minutes, well once again I received no calls and when I tried to talk to someone in authority they gave me the old sorry no supervisors are available at this time but we will take your name and someone will get back to you line at which time I admit it I blew up and started shouting at the rep. on the phone who hung up on me!

So guess what happened I called my bank and tried to put a stop to them taking another $217.16 which is what the bank requested but they could only stop it if it was for that exact amount. but guess what they did not take out that amount and they did not redeposit any of the prior monies they took out for the next two months on 7/18/2006 and 8/18/2006 $105.34 a different amount so since we did not know the amounts we could not do a stop payment with our credit union.

So here we are still fighting to get what has been stolen and I really think it has to be theft because we basically fired them but they continued to take money four months after the fact! I need help I am disabled paralyzed from the chest down and I only receive $780.00 a month from SSDI, sure my wife works five jobs and that is the truth, but $1079.32 for doing nothing it a lot of money to us it takes away from my family and we have four children!

So if anyone out there can help us please do so ASAP!
