1-10-2011 First Ach is charging a annual fee of $69.00 and a $10.00 document fee on an account that was closed in September of 2010! I still had my business account open and they deducted the fee's from my account. When I confronted them with this issue they told me I did not close my credit card account properly and that is why the fee was charged? First Ach owns both companies and plays one against the other to screw it's customers. I was told I would not be receiving my refund and now no one is responding to me. I will continue to call. To bad they are rip-offs the system is ok However they are not to be recommended to anyone

first ACH just debited my account for another 309.00 shame on me for not closing the account sooner. I am being told that they are collecting back fee's for cancelling my accounts that they never charged me. IF you do business with beware they are out for you and are not honorable. I would not do business with them they are from the Bernie Madoff school of business
