No lender uses the CK score

You don't have to worry. The score produced by Credit Karma is a totally different formula than what the lenders use. The lenders use one of the FICO versions. The Credit Karma score is informational only. There are many differences between it and the FICO scoring formula that lenders actually use to determine risk.
