What a scam.

Although I didn't pay any money for this service they did cause me a great deal of embarrasment.

They supposedly offer free credit scores and suggested financing companies that could help in re-financing ect.

I called one of the suggested mortgage finance companies from creditkarmas website and told them the credit score that creditkarma.com had posted on my account in big bold type. Although the finance company I talked to were very helpful they had never heard of creditkarma and the score I quoted them from creditkarma was 100 points higher than the score they came up with.

The first thing that comes to my mind is false advertising.
