Creditors Interchange Told they would clear debt with Capital One with 3 monthly payments of $360. Advise me account paid in full and I would recieve confirmation letter in Dec and again in Jan. Now they say account not closed and I did not fulfill the offer I was given-But I was not given such an offer and was told It would be and was paid in full. Buffalo New York

Ms Howard With the Creditors Interchange called me and said if I would make 3 payments of $360. to Creditors Interchange they would clear my ballance owed from Capital One and remove it from my credit report.
I paid the last payment of $360. in Dec and was told I would receive a confirmation letter in the mail.
The Confirmation Reference #11411514 I was told showed paid in full.

Instead of a confirmation letter I recieved another bill.

When I called Creditors Interchange they appologized and said they would get confirmation letter right out to me.
However, I still did not recieve a confirmation letter. On Jan 31st, 2008

I recieved yet another bill from Creditors Interchange.
I called the company back once again and was told the account was not paid in full and was told I was offered some thing other than was I was offered.

I was then forwarded to the mail box of a Mr Johnson who is supposed to me the MGR of Creditors Interchange.
