Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

This company gives you so much less than it claimed.  They say at the website in bold print "3 Bureau Credit Report"  Its so incomplete it was useless to make a croorection.

My report with claimed I had a dispute but gave absolutely no details in the report about it other than a mark with Equifax, and TransUnion. When I called TransUnion they asked for details I could not provide. They told me they could do nothing because I could not give an account or any other detail about the mark, in part to protection my identity.

So I am faced with paying for a REAL report so I might make the correction to a thus far unidentifed negative mark. TransUnion and Equifax services will cost for me to know the details. Defeating the purpose of getting a "3 in One" at this worthless site.

 When I spoke to the customer service for the report I paid for. [continued below]....

....... I was told, I quote they have no access to my report, I would have to speak with a manager", the manager Jerome said, I quote "he cant see what I am talking about, its all there and there is nothing he can do about it and he cannot tell me about a negative mark, I need to call TransUnion " I told him I did but with no details they could not help me and to call the credit report customer service I paid for. Jerome was rude, would not look at my report-I do not even know if he had access because he never actaully verified a single item on it. He said "he was not a credit specialist" and was not going to get sued telling me the wrong thing.. etc.

It clearly says the 800# offers report specialist for its customers needs... Oh please!!!He refused to offer any solution other than calling someone else. I asked for my money back and was told "it was not going to happen". he assured me I'd got my services and he was ending the call.  The universe has no time to weep for the lost time none of get back with these blood suckers.
