Credo Mobile Credo has no Credibility and screws its customers Fort Myers Nationwide

Credo Mobile advertises as "America's only Progressive phone company," but changes the terms of its contracts without the consumer's notice.  They are an affiliate of Sprint and I do not know who owns the towers that they use.  I am tired of all of the dropped calls and the loss of choices that I used to have with them.

  I use very few minutes, usually, so I liked the option to switch from 700 minutes to 200 minutes.  That choice is no longer available.  I am paying $70 a month for one half Gig of data and no texting.  I asked the manger why they changed the terms of my contract and she said, on Oct. 1, 2015, "to stay competitive with other mobile phone companies." 

I am outraged that Credo does not allow an opt out, without charge, when they change the terms and become the most expensive company in the nation, when comparing options.  Furthermore, Credo lied about my ET fees.  On August 1, 2015, I was told that my ETF was $130 , but when I called in October, it went up to $135. 

This was according to the female shift manager.  She said that the agent, on Aug. 1, had said my ETF was $195, which is a lie, since I always take notes.  Never trust Credo as they represent corporate greed and the greatest form of hypocrisy to activists.
