Crescent Bank & Trust False credit reporting, bad Personalities,Harrasing Phone calls, Change Pay off payment ripoff New Orleans Louisiana

My daughter tolled loss her 05 car on Nov 1,2006 Insurance paid of Nov 7,o6, Gap took over the account at this time on 12-01-2006 Cresecnt Bank loan person Thaidra Christentery Harrassed me for a payment after the car was totaled.

The Gap claim took 5 Mos. they procedded to put us in the credit bureau on 12-01-2006 while the car was in Gap being processed at this time they put we owed 2 current late payments and a 8,0000 bal so incorrect and false they also put a false account in their on us for citi bank we have no account with citi bank.

Ok on 03-2007 I was contacted that gap has paid off your bal. is 500.00 them on 03-12-07 I was contacted by Thaidra the evil clerk when I was expected to pay. I told her to send me a final statement of payoff and I will take care of this matter. She stated she was my letter of payoff she's hired to collect the debt and I won't the money ok send me a payoff letter.

On 03-14-07 I got a letter in the mail. no payoff just like I still have an open account with them and my Balance was then changed from 500 to 1000. this bank is a joke how they sleep at night doing people what ever they want. GOD SEE'S ALL CRESCENT BANK. I'm headed to my attorney and Doctor. I'm very stress out by this matter.
