Cresent Bank & Trust New Orleans, ripoff New Orleans Louisiana

My Husband And I purchaced a 2001 dodge durango and was given 28% intrest on a 73 month loan.3 years $336.00 month . I was 1 day late on my car note and Patrice from Cresent Bank New Orleans called me on 2/18/2006 at 8am to tell me I had to come in to the bank and make the payment.I came to the bank and it was closed.Before I was about to leave the security officer stopped me to ask my name.Patrice had made her aware of me comming.I had never met Patrice before so I was told to wait at the bank door for her.She came to the door.I asked her how I was ging to pay the note because the bank was CLOSED.She said no problem give me the payment and I will bring you back a reciept.I showed her I had $360.00 in cash,she walked away returning 10 min later saying I shorted her $110.00. I asked to speak to the supervisor and as I said that She walked out. Her and Patrice began knudging eack other and laughing saying I never had the full payment. Long Story Short I met with the Bank Vice President without Patrice (who stole $110.00 of my payment)but with my atm statement showing I withdrew the funds from my account 20 min befor I arrived 2/18/2006 and the matter has never been resolved.The following month I recieved a BILL from Cresent Bank saying I had incured additional charges on my account **ARE YOU READY FOR THIS** in the amount of $110.00. I am now wanting to be removed from this loan and I have had no luck.I HATE CRESENT BANK!!
