Crestcom International False advertising and under performance. Make sure you have a competent lawyer review your franchise agreement before signing. Denver Colorado
*UPDATE Employee: Always read and understand an agreement before signing. Failing to understand the contract does not translate to "false advertising"
It looks like a dream opportunity. All that glitters is not gold, right ? Be careful what you wish for. In this case be extra careful what you sign up to. It’s a franchise commitment many people don’t fully appreciate until they enter the contract which can cost big dollars to separate from. Make sure you have a competent lawyer review your agreement and amend as appropriate. Speak to other Licensees, not just those still operating, but those who have left in the last 3 years. Good luck!

#1 UPDATE Employee
Always read and understand an agreement before signing. Failing to understand the contract does not translate to "false advertising"
AUTHOR: Crestcom - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Monday, December 04, 2017
As the terms of the contract govern the franchise relationship, Crestcom International completely agrees that any franchise candidate should take all steps necessary to ensure that he or she clearly understands the commitment and the opportunity. As with any franchise opportunity or other legal agreement, it is imperative that you understand the agreement before signing. This would include reading the agreement carefully and also by sharing the disclosure document and agreement with an accountant or lawyer.
To that end, Crestcom International provides each franchise candidate a full set of disclosure documents to review before they attend candidate training in Denver. Additionally, candidates are given contact information for and encouraged to contact other existing and former franchisees during their due diligence period prior to attending candidate training. Crestcom also provides several days of training explaining the business opportunity and business model. During this time, each candidate is provided with copious opportunities to ask questions of any of Crestcom’s team members.
