Crevier Mini Don't get a used car here Santa Ana California

 I purchased a used car here and the sales staff was great. About a week after I purchased my car the check engine light came on so I brought it in. They checked it out, gave me a loaner for the day, and it turned out the car literally had no oil in it when they sold it to me. I thought it was strange but felt they made it right. A couple weeks later the check engine light came back on so I called them. I was told over the phone that since it had been a month since I purchased the vehicle it was my responsibility to pay for the diagnostic which was going to be over $200. I asked to speak to a manager since I had only owned the car for about 4 weeks and this is the second time this had happened. I left several messages for the service manager and never heard back. Every time I called they were "away from their desk" and I could leave message. I tried calling thier other managers and the only manager that actually returned my call was the sales manager who let me know I needed to speak with the service department. I tired for several days and no one contacted me. I finally got diagnostics done elsewhere to find out what was going on with my car and the crank shaft needs to be replaced. They claim they do inspections on thier used vehicles before they sell them but clearly they do not if the car had a broken crank shaft and no oil in it.
