CRI and Global Presentations Promised an 8 day cruise on Royal Caribbean/ Bonus Gift of $100 Gas Rebate/$100 Dining West Palm Beach Florida

On August 21, 2013, my husband and I attended a 90 minute Sales Presentation with CRI. We were handed a voucher to redeem our Travel Rebate.

We were given a voucher that would allow us to redeem our Travel Rebate Certificate offered by the Marketing Company that booked us. If we completed the form and mailed it within 21 days from August 21, 2013, the rebate would be sent to us via USPS Mail. We had 1 year to use this certificate. It required a payment of $299 per person for port charges.

We were told that once we received a travel request form we had to choose a departure date at least 90 days in advance and then a secondary departure at least 45 full days or more from the first departure date. Travelling within 7 full days of a Federal Holiday was not permitted. All travel must be completed within one year from Activation Form Issue Date.

My husband and I had to sign each form to acknowledge that we read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions. On Sept. 9, 2013 - Completion Form was Certified Mailed to:

As of January 11,2014 We have not received anything from this company. I hope a class action will be taken, and soon.
