Cricket Cellular &"REFUSED To Give ME ANY Pertinent Info"!!! Entered wanting to BUY-Ignored 1st-20+MINUTES!Then,Still were VERY Rude/Dis-Interested & Would NOT answer MY Direct Questions!!??DO they"Sell Anything There-Uh-Customer SERVICE"!??!! Aurora(Denver Suburb) Colorado

Hello I entered this "Location"&NONE of their Pamphlets / NO Anything on their printed media & advertising had ZERO Info as to Their"Store#/Unit address/ No E-mail&NO direct Dial Phone #"???What Business does THAT to Potential customers???
BUT;I AM a "Permanently DISABLED Person&Walk w/a Cane".. I wore my prior"Air-Force uppers"&STILL rec'd NO considerate Anything".!!..BUT; I DID notice MANY Others receiving"Good customer service"-One in Particular in Spanish & Able Bodied too!!! When I tried to Merely "Hello, may I ask One simple question",I was looked at IF "I Were Crazy or Something"&repeated myself LESS than ONE Meter from Employee-she looked me IN eyes&Spun on her Heels&Briskly walked away Completely&Absolutely IGNORING Me for NO good Cause"!!...???thes are your"Customer service rep's"???This is an Example of your level of service??
OR; was there an "Underlying item not readily apparent to me @Time due to MY DISABILITY",Especially since ALL other "Able Bodied Customers were being Briskly served-while I was"Intentionally IGNORED"... Why was that do you THINK???In retrospect, I believe I WAS"Indeed DisCriminated against"!!!..

I had "Plans to make purchase for Myself & MY Business / Sub-Contractors & wanted to SEE what the "best Plan there was to be Had"??But;there "Intentionally was Absolutely NO(Information attached to ANY of Display Phones&Nothing w/regards to diff. Plans TOO").!!??...
Hence; Forcing YOU the Customer to "Pry that info. from ONE of the HUMANS actually there-IF they'd grace you&Speak to you even"!!...

I stayed there OVER 45-That IS Forty-Five MINUTES, and was Never "Approached / Never asked if I could be helped / never even Allowed to SPEAK to ANY of the Cust.Service reps even"!!!.. WHY was That???It seems SO"Crazy &unlike any business practice"-that MY Disability DID indeed possibly Play a part in MY being Denied ANY service-especially since ALL other(able-Bodied Customers were being readily served 7 helped left&right of me the entire TIME)!!

Whatever may have been"Problem&IS exact Problem"-it is thereby pervasive throughout that Entire establishment & said Entire"Crew/Employees should be FIRED-Period"!!!If they worked for me-well,ONE- Nothing remotely close would have ever happened in 1st place-BUT,Whom was supposed to be"Running/Managing This Place TOO"???They could NOT recognize the BOTH Exceptional Poor & NO Service to"Specific Personages"&They could NOT"ACT and/or Move to rectify said problems growing worse & Exponentially getting worse&Worse every SECOND&NO-One could even SEE this happening"???!!!

Thereby; said Store IF"Corporate"-should be given a "Good Dressing-Down to say the least",OR if they are Privately Owned-BUT using the"Trademarked Cricket Brand/name&Products,then they MUST Comply w/Many Stipulations in their' Contracts to Allow them to Represent said Parent Company"!!!

How does this even Happen IN this Day&Age??
All I can Now after-wards view it as- was Indeed being Slanted / against / Biased or discriminatory vs. a DISABLED Person!!!

Thus similar report will go to "Greater Denver area Biz. Lisc. Board / BBB /and Local Title IX & XIII Disability Litigants TOO"!!. And; the BOARD of Directors of "Cricket Communications,Inc-since I"Purchased some Stock Shares Very recently"&Thereby gives ME the"LEGAL Right" to bespeak myself of the "FACTS"& Elaborate on them to the"Corporate Board / Post Whatever factual BLOG's to Bulliten brds. that I may wish to do so/And Notify the "SEC" of Unfair Trade Practices & Dealing in BAD Faith at Large with Their Public&Customer base too& the FTC additionally TOO-as is Richly deserved in said occurance also!!...

this Was/IS despicable & Awful to be allowed even to Happen in this very day & age-Let alone to happen PERIOD!!Not to mention to"Whom it happened to & MY Person's Disability seemingly being made an"Issue" additionally too"!!.

Lastly; I've seen the"other reports on this-(Rip-Off report medium) & Numerous ones HAVE Come from the Greater Denver Area-AND A LOT seem to come from these "South-Western States TOO-Why IS That"???And they ARE Happening in the Literal "Hundreds of times that-( Have been reported)- so we can easily factor in that a GOOD 4 to 5X Times MORE Happen each & every Day that are NOT reported TOO-This IS an Unacceptable business practice & should NOT be allowed to Continue NOR Stay IN business IF this IS the manner in which Customers & DISABLED Customers Are treated!!

Plus-I see that a man in the Colorado area has made a "Complaint to the Federal Court system AND they Found"Cricket to BE in the WRONG& Served a judgement & Fines imposed vs them TOO"!!!BE sure this Will be "Attached as an Addendum to this Prior Litigation WON vs. Cricket & after the 1st IS won against Anyone-then Any/All future ones are 300%/500%&even greater against the 'defendants in such cases Too & are rapidly dispatched & served w/Far Greater Fines & Placing their very business in 100% Jeopardy TOO& that is saying the least w/regards to that TOO"!!....

Take note Dear Sir/Sirs; you have NOW made an Extra &Very bad New mistake in a State where you already LOST a Federal Litigation & the Pending status of potential"Punitive Damages & Fines Imposed are FAR Greater Now then they ever were in the recent past too!!......
hope you've enjoyed your"Business"- as it may very well Fall around your Own Ankles & said Stock Values Will Indeed Plumment Additionally Too&what will you Say to Your jilted Share-Holders??.... Not Much I should think!!!

Good Day to you!!!... learn how to do"Proper business&Maybe have some actual Ethics"-OR find a NEW area of Business venture to Pursue & Fast I'd suggest TOO!!!!....

Offense happened at the following:Denver Greater area store(Poss. Aurora suburb)and at EXACT Location of the"Corner of BlackHawk St.& Mississippi Ave east"on "11/25/2008 @ approx. 15:00Hrs"....To-Wit;NO One seemed to be "In Charge Nor Managing said Store/Nor said situation either"!!

Cricket Wireless (Leap Communications) is horrible. There sales dept is in the usa open 24/7 but there cust service is in the Phillipines and is open From 9a-9p. DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!
