Cricket Communications - Landoe Unethical billing and dishonest employees Aurora Colorado

Cricket Communications is unethical in it's illing practices and fees. They come up with late fees from months ago when you know they will not ever carry a balance. They will turn off your phone, refuse to provide you with an accurate itemized bill, or a live customer service representative. When you go to their store on Mississippi Ave in Aurora, Colorado. Landoe will print you copies of documents that you can not read and then charge you $2.00 per page (Because they know it can be used when the class action suite begins)
I have been cheated by extra charges added to my monthly bill, for changing my service, for having my service turned off, for having my service turned on,
for a hard copy of my bill, My bill for November came to $110.00 and it is only suppose to be $52.00 (I even did a bridge pay and they charged me $61.00 after the bill pay) Landoe refused to print my bill so that it could be read. He was not trying to be helpful - Cricket can be proud of him, he is a very good person when it comes to deceit, lying and cheating customers. You wiill also wait for more than 30 minutes for help. I will be leaving this company as a customer. If you are like me you are filing with the FCC and BBB because you want justice and you want the monet "stolen" from you paid back. It is your desire to see this company go the way of Pan AM - bye bye!!!
