I have been paying my Cricket Cell Phone bill on time for the past 5 months, actually I have receipts that proves that I have payed at least 5 days or more in advance! This is for nearly five months.
09/14/04 is when I activated and got my phone, I sent in the rebate a couple days later, then again in December after I found out (by calling thier rebate center 1-800 number) that I was NOT in there computer records system.
Now Today is Saturday Jan 29th 2005 and I will be sending in two more re-submit envelopes with COPIES of my receipt,UPC, and Rebate form,(SINCE I sent the orginals in with the first one as I was told to do so) in hopes that one of them will reach them!
I want my $100 rebate, I was Promised my rebate after 3-Months of on-time payments!!! This is Complete Bull!

First of all, I'm sorry that you had trouble with your rebate.
I recommend calling the rebate center number (it should be 1-888-326-6178). Ask to speak to a supervisor regarding the issue. Be sure to have your Cricket phone # and account # ready as well as the payments you made for the first 3 months of service.
You can also call (1-800-CRICKET) and ask for your issue to be escalated internally as well to help speed up the process.
