when at&t bought out cricket they took all power away from the local stores so they can no longer help you, I believe when you call it goes to India. To get someone to even act like they acknowledge that there was a problem I had to file a report with the attorney general.

Cricket has the most horrible customer service ever. Most of the time if you call with a problem then call back a few days later they have no record of it. I believe their customer service is India bassed. After months of complaints most of which were conviently lost I finally filed with the Attorney General, I was slightly compensated but the problem continued. FYI AT&T owns Cricket. Anytime I call Crickets customer care as they call it I end up by hanging up on them they are so irritating.
