I paid for 30 days of service and my phone service was cut off on the 28th day of service.  I contacted customer service to find out why my service was prematurely interrupted, only to be insulted, lied to, disrespected, taken advantage of, and so many other violative acts.

I first spoke to a representative named Carlos who outright lied to me and said that the exception to the 30 days of service is in February and that every year in February, the company only gives you 28 days of service.  Which is no where to be found in the Terms & Conditions.  I asked to speak to someone else due to his inability to understand what the terms and conditions state and honor them. He placed me on hold.

the next person that I spoke to after about 5 minutes on hold, was Maurice, employee ID- MB029J (he lied so much that he probably lied about his ID # too).  He basically said the same thing that Carlos said so I asked him to show me on the website's terms & conditions exactly what he stated, which is that every year in February, cricketwireless does not give 30 days of service, they only give 28 days of service.

He was unable to show me in the terms and conditions so I asked him to restore my service and honor the 30 days of service as indicated on the website.  He told me that he cannot do that and that if I give him another payment of $50, he can turn my services on.  I was offended by that insult.  I said, "How can you prematurely turn my phone off and then try to solicite payments"?  He said that is the only thing that he can do.

I then requested to speak to someone above him in the contact center when he stated that there is no one else I can speak to because he reports to the corporate office.  I advised him that I am familiar with contact centers and is fully aware that there are a few additional levels within the building that he reports to and he just placed the phone on mute and then started to press the button tones making noise in my ear.

I told him that he was making things very bad for himself when all I am asking is that the company honor their own terms and conditions.  He pressed mute again and when he came back to the line, he said that the only thing that he can do is take another payment and that he will be in the background until I am ready to make a payment.  This went on for 106 minutes.

I then went back to their website to use the chat feature to see if that may get some type of result.  That was a waste of time because Maurice came back on the phone and said that he sees that I am on the chat and that I am wasting my time.  I told him that he is falsely influencing other departments into committing fraud and abuse and he ignored me and pressed the mute button again.  After about 20 minutes of silence, he came back on the phone and said that what he can do now (after speaking to his support team) is restore the phone until midnite and give me a $5 credit and all I would have to do is go into a store and pay $45.

I told him that he was out of line and that they owe me big time and that it is an insult then my phone got disconnected.

The next day my phone was off again.  I was in no mood to spend another 106 minutes on the phone stressing like the day before so I went to a cricket wireless store that evening to pay the bill.  The store rep said that my balance was $46.67.  I told him that it was incorrect because I was supposed to have a $5 credit and just pay $45.  He said that he sees the $5 credit in the system but the balance that customer service placed on the account was for $45.67.  I was shocked and asked the rep to call customer service.

The couple people in customer service were very rude and did not know what they were talking about.  They even accessed my account without my permission!! FRAUD!! And then refused to adjust the bill to with the proper credits.  I started feeling sick from the stress so I just told the rep that I will take further action but will need a receipt for my records after I make a payment.  I had already lost enough wages due to not having my services on and could not afford to keep going back and forth with rude incompetent reps over the phone.

They breached their own terms & conditions, fraudulently accessed my account and made changes without my proper consent amongst many other violations.  I am seeking justice in reference to this matter and a proper resolution.
